Floyd's Dairy Bar

This is a pic of the way the building used to look before they added on to it.  The price has changed since then.

Do you know of any other place you can buy hamburgers for 5 for $3.75?

Right here in San Antonio on the Southside!  Feed your whole family for under $10.00 seriously inexpensive.

I have been visiting this restaurant for well over 10 years.  It is family owned and operated.
They offer the vintage 1950 curbside car hop appeal.  You park and walk up to the window, place your order, and sit at a picnic bench and wait.  While you wait usually you will see someone one you know, or hear others chatting about family and friends.  It is a great local spot.

The burgers are greasy spoon burgers at their finest and shoestring fries like we used to have when we were kids, fancy ketsup and all.

They also offer shakes, malts, fish burgers, cheese burgers, double burgers, tator tots, and onion rings.

Best onion rings and malts!

Price cannot be beat.

Couple of things before you head over there:
1. They only take cash... only cash.
2. They are closed Tuesday.
3. It gets busy and if there are cars there you are gonna have to wait.
4. You can call your order in ahead of time (If they still do that. Call and check first.)

Check out this diner and have a blast from the past!
