Hi everyone I made some Super Nachos a few weeks ago and my family said I should post the pics and recipe on line!

Yes I used a Mickey Mouse bowl that my fiancee got me about 6 years ago! Make Nacho Night Fun!
I started off with Skillet Mix from HEB

You can use hamburger meat if you like. You will need to add 2 fresh garlic cloves minced, 1/2 of an onion chopped or sliced to your liking, some cilantro (to your taste), salt and lemon pepper. (If your lemon pepper has salt do not add extra salt.
If you are using the skillet mix you add 1/2 of a chopped onion into the skillet and some lemon pepper to taste. You are going to brown the skillet mix or hamburger with the onions in the mix.
Once your Meat is cooked place it in a strainer in the sink or a bowl or pan to let the grease drip off.
In your bowl or on your plate you will lay a good layer of Nacho Chips or Tortilla chips of your liking.
Prep items:
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes or Home Made Pico de Gallo or Rotel (which ever you like)
- Sour Cream
- Home Made Guacamole or Store bought (which ever you like)
- Shredded Cheese [we use Mexican blend from HEB or Bordon]
- Pickled Jalapenos or fresh sliced.
[I do not get paid or endorse these brands, it is just what we use as a family because we like the taste]
Now for the fun part!
On top of the tortilla chips Add your ingredients ONE at a time, Add them in any order you like!
Then you call it MOM's , Auntie's, Dad's, Grandma's, Grandpa's, Sister's , or [insert name] SUPER NACHOS!!
Enjoy!

Sorry my camera did not take a great color pic here. My guac looks icky but was lovely green. :(
As I always say, everyone has different tastes and likes. What me and my family may like you may not. You can change any of my recipes to your families tastes :)
If you make this dish let me know in the comments if you made changes or added something so we can try your recipe in our kitchen!
We love to hear from you.
