Perfectly Round Cookies

Hey everyone sorry it has been so long since I  posted a blog for you.
Here is an oldie but a goodie.

Ever wonder how you can "At Home" make perfectly round cookies?
It is super easy.

Get yourself a spring-loaded scooper, ice cream scooper, etc.

Simply scoop up your batter, slide the scooper against the side of the bowl to get off excess and make the scoop flat, then put it over parchment, squeeze the trigger and....
plop....
one perfectly sized cookie dough ball.

Once they cook in the oven they will flatten out properly and make lovely round perfect cookies.

Space them evenly so that they have room to flatten and rise and don't run together.

To keep your cookies from sticking to your pan I suggest using a cookie baking pan and cover it with a sheet of parchment paper.

You can take the parchment paper right off and put the whole piece on your cooling racks with your hands!

Easy peasy!
