Cake made with store bought icing for flowers (to show it does not hold well in heat.  Cake made with homemade buttercream icing.  Holds up better, and royal icing.  Kiddo helped decorate.

Store bought cake from HEB with a chandelier that we purchased and have used many times.

Store bought cake from HEB just to show that their cakes are not always perfect either, this one is lopsided and the decoration is crooked.

Bon bons with a stick in some.  Once refrigerated they can be picked up with the stick

You do not have to coat your cake pops in candy or chocolate if you do not want to! You can leave them as is or coat them in a dusting of sugar, nuts, cinnamon, etc.

Do not despare if you have some monster cakepops.  That is what I call the ones that do not come out pretty.  Just stick the ones that fall off the stick in a bowl and the ugly monsters that stayed on but are not pretty just stick them in the cake balls at the bottom. Then Decorate the heck out of them.  The family will eat them anyway.

Once again trying out a new store bought Icing!  It never holds up in this Texas heat!  make your own butter cream if you are going to decorate the sides.   This was for my family and they don't mind as long as it is tasty.
A decorated fudge cake with a lovely chocolate centerpiece.  I used a chocolate mold. for the chocolate lips. Cake was for the family and I had fun practicing with the new mold.
